By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Midori, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
2. Products
Midori offers a curated selection of planters, pots, live plants, and garden objects.
Live plants are natural, living forms. Variations in size, foliage, texture, and colour are inherent characteristics and are not defects. Product imagery is representative and intended to convey overall form and aesthetic, not exact replication.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
Shipping charges and statutory taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders with a total value up to ₹1,000.
Midori reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical constraints.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-delivery or return shipping charges may apply.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.
Once shipped, orders containing live plants, perishable goods, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled.
6. Returns, Claims & Store Credit
Midori does not offer routine returns or exchanges.
If items arrive damaged, defective, or missing, customers must notify us:
Within 48 hours for live plants
Within 72 hours for non-perishable items
Claims must include clear photographs and order details.
Approved claims are resolved through store credit only, issued after deducting applicable reverse-logistics and handling charges.
Store credit:
Is non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Valid for 12 months
Refunds are processed only where mandated under applicable Indian law.
7. Care & Transit of Live Plants
Plants may experience temporary transit stress. Minor drooping, slight discoloration, or leaf shedding is natural and not considered damage unless severe and reported within the claim window.
Customers must follow provided care instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midori’s liability is limited to store credit for eligible claims.
Midori shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing limits statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, imagery, text, and design elements are the exclusive property of Midori and may not be reproduced without written permission.
