Every planter, pot, plant, and accessory is curated and dispatched with careful quality checks.
Coverage
Midori warrants that your product will:
Arrive in physical condition consistent with its website description
Be free from significant physical defects or damage at the time of delivery
This warranty applies only at the point of receipt.
Live Plants
Live plants are natural and non-uniform. Variations in size, foliage, shape, and colour are expected and not defects.
Mild transit stress (temporary drooping, slight discoloration, minor leaf shedding) is common and not covered unless severe and reported within the claim window.
Reporting Defects
Notify us within:
48 hours for live plants
72 hours for planters & accessories
Provide:
Order number
Clear photographs/videos
Images of packaging
Description of issue
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved through store credit only.
Store credit:
Issued after reverse-logistics deduction
Valid for 12 months
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Refunds are processed only if required under Indian law.

Natural aesthetic variations
Mild transit stress
Improper handling or environmental damage after delivery
